Red’s Food Truck is a delightful fusion of food truck favorites and signature dishes brought to you by SoLu's Executive Chef Krista Klinter. Red's is open for business every Saturday and Sunday of the summer season, serving up tasty eats during events and live music.
This fully-equipped mobile restaurant features an ever-changing menu that has a little something for everybody. Popular offerings include our renowned Artisan Flatbread Pizzas, cooked in Red’s commercial wood-fired oven, and, of course, our infamous Ahi Tuna Nachos.
Our food is made to order so you get a fresh and delicious meal every time, guaranteed. Please be patient while our cooking staff prepares your food. Hang out, enjoy the vibes, and grab a cold drink.

If you've been to SoLu, you've likely seen Red. He's the old-timer Red Labrador Retriever who always seems to be keeping an eye on things around the winery. And who can blame him? It's basically his winery. Red has been around from the very beginning, back when this whole place was nothing more than a great idea. Red has helped raise two generations of the wonderful people who own this place. His legacy will live on through these very grounds he's helped to shape. Cheers to you, Red.
