SoLu Estate offers a venue to host a private event unlike any other. Let us help create a memorable experience to last a lifetime for you and your guests. We have several different spaces that are perfect for wine and food-focused events, such as weddings, private parties, guided tastings, food pairings, family reunions, friends gatherings, and corporate outings. Our experienced event staff is available to assist in planning any occasion. We can’t wait to create the perfect day for you.
Semi-Private Events
When holding an event at SoLu Estate, you have the option of hosting a private tent on the Back Porch, taking over The Barrel Room, or claiming a section of The Vineyards. Our team will help prepare an entirely unique experience for you and your party.
Fully-Private Events
Take over SoLu for the day or evening! You have the option to take the reigns and plan your own completely private party throughout our entire facility. Our event team will help to plan your music, entertainment, food catering, and decor. Anything is possible at SoLu.

What's Included

*Due to limited availability, events must be booked at least one year in advance. A $75 fee is required for each bartender needeed (one per every 75 guests).

Beverage Options
Pre-Made Coolers
Pre-select wine, beer, soft drinks, and/orwater and have them ready to go in your personal icy cooler.
Wristbands
Give each guest a wristband and our staff will keep a tab running. Keep the bar open all nigh, or allow only certain types of beverages.
Drink Tickets
Give each guest a set number of tickets ($7/ticket)

Corporate Events
Whether you're planning a company retreat or team celebration, SoLu Estate has your business covered. Our events team can plan a company-friendly party for small groups of 10 up to large groups of 250. We can provide semi-private arrangements or reserve the entire facility for full private entertainment throughout the evening. We also host firearm and hunting parties on the SoLu grounds through The Highlands, including trap shooting and bird hunts.
Bridal and Baby Showers
Celebrate soon-to-be newlyweds or new life (or both!) with a countryside party at SoLu Estate. It's easy to throw a bridal or baby shower they'll never forget with a backdrop this beautiful. Take a tour of The Vineyards or sample SoLu's wines and meads at a private tasting. Challenge your party to some fun outdoor games before you enjoy a custom catering menu on the Back Porch, featuring live music entertainment. We promise everyone will remember this day for years to come.
Parties and Celebrations
From birthday cake to anniversary toasts, our events staff is here to coordinate a special celebration for your family and friends at SoLu Estate. We have the perfect accommodations to throw you the party of a lifetime, whether it's a big birthday bash, a graduation party, or an anniversary. You have the option to take over any of our semi-private rooms at SoLu Estate—or the entire facility!—for your private party.

Fire Truck
Red’s Food Truck is a delightful fusion of food truck favorites and signature dishes brought to you by SoLu's Executive Chef Krista Klinter. Red's is open for business every Saturday and Sunday of the summer season, serving up tasty eats during events and live music.
