WINERY

Welcome to SoLu Estate Winery and Meadery, located directly on the scenic Kettle Moraine Trail in Cascade, Wisconsin. The land’s diverse topography and unique soil were carved out by a glacier 18,000 years ago, creating the perfect terrain from which to both grow grapes and enjoy fantastic views of the countryside.

The Winery at Solu Estate is located in our main building and houses a full bar and indoor dining area, The Barrel Room for tastings and tours, and The Market retail shop. Enjoy excursions around The Vineyard by foot or antique tractor wagon, as well as the best live music in the state on the Back Porch.

During our fall and winter seasons, we host live entertainment and dining parties inside. The Winery is open all summer long to escape the heat and relax over a few glasses of SoLu wine.

SoLu Estate Vineyards

SoLu Estate is truly a working winery and meadery. The grounds are home to 14 different varietals that are used in the wines produced here. In addition to wine-making, SoLu Estate is one of Wisconsin’s few working meaderies. Crafting award-winning mead since its opening, the meadery uses honey collected from the estate’s own beehives.

The Barrel Room

The Barrel Room at SoLu is our very special winemakers' archive. This private room is host to thousands of gallons of barreled wine and mead that are aging to perfection as we speak. For your next private event or tasting experience, The Barrel Room provides an incredible backdrop your guests are sure to love.

Wine and Mead Tastings

Guests can choose to taste a flight of three or six wines and/or meads or simply purchase a glass of their favorite. For non-wine drinkers, there are a number of craft beers and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from.

The Market

Looking to pick up some delicious fresh snacks to take home or enjoy over a healthy pour of SoLu wine? Stop in at The Market to relax, enjoy the winery atmosphere, and maybe even pick up some SoLu merchandise.

Flatbread pizzas, charcuterie platters, and other food items are available in the market and served through the winter and spring. In the summer, our food truck, Red’s, and the Wine Fire Food outdoor cooking arena both offer a delicious menu that changes weekly.
